You are transporting grain, maize or other bulk goods with the trailer and must always remember to lock or unlock the steering axle by hand. You are spreading liquid manure with a barrel and have to pay attention not only to the road traffic but also to the steering axle in order to avoid accidents.

We have developed an electronic system that supports you in precisely this work, if you so wish. The electronics monitor the driving speed and acceleration behaviour of your machine. In addition, the electronics learn your behaviour for locking and unlocking the steering axle in a learning sequence. If the automatic system is active, the electronics lock the steering axle when a learned speed is exceeded or during critical braking manoeuvres, making your vehicle safe. If a learned speed is undershot, the steering axle is unlocked and your trailer rolls gently around the bend. Likewise, the steering axle is automatically locked when reversing. As soon as you manually intervene in the hydraulics, the automatic function is deactivated.

The installation of the electronics takes approx. 1.0 - 1.5 hours.
