What is Smart Repair?
Products in the category repair service, which are marked with this icon, can be repaired within 2-3 days thanks to optimized error diagnosis.

 

How can I place a repair order?

Fill in the repair form online:

Find your electronic part to be repaired in the online shop under the category repair service.
Once you have found it, you can place a repair order for it immediately.
If you cannot find your electronic part in our listing, you can place an inquiry instead.

Once you have filled out, printed and signed the repair form, proceed as follows (1-2):

1. Prepare and send the package:
Securely pack the part to be repaired so that no transport damage occurs and send it to us as an insured package. Please keep the parcel number.

1.1 Send your defective electronics to
the delivery address for defective electronics:

1.2 Dropping off personally:
You can also bring your defective electronic parts for repair or collect repaired parts. Please note our business hours: Mo - Fr. 8.00 to 12.00 and 13.00 to 16.00 o'clock.

 

2. Repair order is being processed:
Depending on the order the processing starts
- for express service on the day of delivery (30% express surcharge)
- for standard service on the 3rd - 5th working day after delivery
After completion we will send the repaired part back to you by parcel service.
