The repair startsa few days after delivery. For urgent requests, you can select the "Express Service" on the repair form. Then we will start working on the day of delivery.

Please send your defective appliance to us by parcel service of your choice, with the completed repair form and stating your contact person and telephone number.
Please note that processing fees may apply even if repairs are not possible.
