1. Preparation
Careful packaging is crucial to ensure that your device arrives safely and to avoid additional work (e.g., cracked screens, broken casings).
Please follow the steps below.
To reduce repair time, remove any coarse dirt before shipping and empty all compartments, such as those in control consoles and terminals.

2. The right box size
Make sure that the box in which the component is shipped is large enough to accommodate sufficient filling material.
The component must not touch the inside walls of the box.
In a box that is too large with too little filling material, the part can move around and suffer additional damage.

3. Filling material for safe transport
Wrap the device generously in bubble wrap and fill any empty spaces in the package with additional filling material to prevent the item from shifting. For heavy items, we recommend using additional packaging material and an extra sturdy box.
Special features:
- For circuit boards: If you are sending us loose circuit boards, please use antistatic packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge to the sensitive electronics.
- For combination instruments: Protect the screen and protruding pins in particular with an extra layer of bubble wrap.
- For control terminals: Secure bulky control terminals, such as the Claas Cebis, particularly well in the box to prevent the corners and edges from breaking off.

4. Close
Finally, place the completed repair form in the package and close the box with strong packing tape, both at the top and bottom.
Reinforce the edges and joints to prevent tearing.
If necessary, attach a warning label for “fragile goods” to very sensitive parts.

Label the package clearly with the delivery address:
