How long does a repair take?

On average, we begin processing flat-rate repairs on the third to fifth business day after receiving the goods. Processing times may vary depending on the order situation. You can find the current processing times directly on the product page for the respective repair. 
On request, we can also repair your excavator electronics on an express basis. In this case, repairs will begin on the day of arrival. If required, please tick the express service box on the repair form.

If you have not opted out of status emails on the form, you will receive an email when your electronics have arrived at our facility. We will also inform you when the electronics have been processed and returned.

If you cannot find the defective electronics in our online shop, please send us a repair request in advance. Describe the problem to us and, for a better prognosis, also send us the part number or pictures of the defective part. We look forward to hearing from you.
