The Hydraulic Remote Control CAN helps you couple machines or equipment to the original Kubota front hydraulic system or when operating a hydraulic top link (other applications are also possible). Electronic Kubota rear axle or intermediate shaft control units are required for this electronic assembly.
Practical examples: You want to couple a machine to the three-point front hydraulics and have to move the lower link arms to do so. You want to couple a machine to the front or rear hydraulics and have to make the hydraulic top link longer or shorter to do so. You want to fill a manure trailer with a hydraulically operated pump from the fender, without having to climb back on the tractor.
What we do: We have developed an electronic device which allows you to operate the system from the outside, using two buttons similar to what is possible with the hydraulic remote control. This hydraulic remote CAN electronics differs however technically enormously from the past solution. The biggest advantage is that the electronics are informed about the amount of oil the control unit is supposed to deliver via a learning function and not via potentiometers as before. This means that the oil quantity can be re-learned by the machine operator at any time! In addition, the set oil quantity is always put out to the controller, no matter how high the quantity set on the flow limiter in the cabin. The installation time is also drastically reduced, since the electronics are installed outside of the cabin, directly on the controllers, with original plugs. Installing the electronic assembly takes approx. 0.5 – 1 hour.
