This electronic system is a rare part for us. The diagnosis and processing of these parts is not invoiced at fixed prices, but on a time and material basis. There is no complete test system available for this part.
The working hour is 110.00 EUR net plus material and shipping costs. Small parts are included. The minimum processing time for this part is one hour. You will be invoiced for the time incurred.
Please note that there is no guarantee/warranty for this service.
Processing as an express service is not possible.
If you have pin assignment plans or circuit diagrams for the component, please send them to us. This will reduce our workload and save you costs.
After receiving your device, you will receive an e-mail from us to set a time limit for processing.
Suggestion: In most cases, 1-2 hours are sufficient for a diagnosis or minor repairs. If more time is required, we will agree this with you.
Important note: Processing is only possible if we have a time limit.
Please send your defective device to us well packaged with a completed repair form using the parcel service of your choice.
