Please send your defective device, with a description of the fault and stating your contact person and telephone number, to us by parcel service of your choice.
Please note that processing fees may apply even if repairs are not possible.

Repair is as simple as this:
- Fill in the repair form (online or by hand)
- Securely pack the package with the defective part and enclose the repair form
- Send the package and get it back repaired
