Please send us your defective control unit, with a description of the fault and stating your contact person and telephone number, by parcel service of your choice.
Please note that processing fees may also be incurred for repairs that are not possible.

- Fill in the repair form
- Securely pack the package with the defective part and enclose the repair form
- Send the package and get it back repaired
