Repair order
Prepare and send the package:
Find your electronic part that needs to be repaired in the online store under Repair service.
Once you have found it, you can place a repair order for it directly using the "Repair service" button.
If you cannot find your electronic part in our list, you can submit a repair request instead.
Once you have completed and printed out the repair form, you have three options:
1: Prepare and send the package:
Pack the part to be repaired securely so that no transportation damage occurs and send it to us as an insured package. Please keep the consignment number.

2: Have it collected free of charge:
Pack the part to be repaired securely so that no transport damage occurs and have it collected free of charge via our service portal. This is only possible if you have a customer account with Ilgenfritz and have filled out the form in this account online.
3: Or bring it by in person:
You can also drop off your defective electronic parts for repair or pick up repaired parts.

Your repair order is being processed:
Depending on the order, processing begins:
- for express service on the day of delivery (30% express surcharge)
- For standard service, you will find the exact processing times on the respective product pages
After completion, we will return the repaired part to you by parcel service with shipment tracking.

Products in the repair service section marked with this icon can be repaired within 2 to 3 days thanks to optimized fault diagnosis.
