Conditions of participation in the competition
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. and is in no way organized or supported by these platforms. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Clothing cannot be exchanged. Legal recourse is excluded. General terms and conditions apply. By participating, you agree to the new GDPR standards.
The conditions of participation

- Comment under the post who else would be happy to win.
- EXTRALOS: Post a photo of your favorite tractor or your own tractor and tag us.
By participating, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period from February 27 to March 25, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
The winner will be drawn at random.
The entry for the participating person's extra ticket must be visible. After the draw, the winner will be contacted via direct message and announced in the story. The winner must contact us by direct message with their contact details and the desired jacket size and T-shirt size.
A cash payment is excluded. The prize is not transferable to other persons.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Eligible participants
Natural persons who are resident in Europe are eligible to participate. If participants have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organizer as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons.
Determination of the winner
The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all participants. The winner will be informed promptly by direct message. The winner must contact Ilgenfritz Mechatronics by direct message within one week. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper running of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer can demand compensation from this person for the damages incurred.
Datenschutz
Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname, address and e-mail address, are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use.
All e-mail addresses and the voluntarily provided data of the participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation. Revocation
Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a revocation to [email protected] and thus withdraw from participation.
Liability
Claims due to possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors are to be asserted exclusively against the prize sponsor.
The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or the consequences of this for the implementation of the competition.
