Find the defective part on our website and create a customer account. Fill out our repair form and provide a detailed description of the defect. Use our free pickup service for your defective electronics – this saves you a trip to the parcel service.

During the repair, we will keep you informed and notify you of every step by email. If we have any questions about the repair, we will contact you by phone or email.

You can upload important documents relating to the device and communicate with our technicians via the service portal.
