Common defects and problems with joysticks

How joystick repair works

Have the defective joystick removed from your excavator by a specialist workshop or, if possible, remove it yourself.

Fill out our online repair form and pack the joystick securely together with the repair form.

You can either have the package picked up by us free of charge by filling out the pickup order after the repair form, or bring it to a parcel acceptance point yourself.

We will send you status notifications by email to keep you up to date on your repair order. If you have any additional documentation for the defective part, you can conveniently upload it via our service portal. This speeds up the repair process and saves you money.

Once the joystick has been inspected and repaired, it will be returned to you by parcel service.

How long does the joystick repair take?

Repair time depends on the defect, the current order situation, and the replacement parts required. We have most replacement parts in stock, and you can find the processing time on the details page for the respective part on our website. We are also happy to provide you with an approximate time by phone or in writing.
