How long does the repair of the Spraydos terminal take?
The repair starts 3-5 working days after delivery. For urgent requests, you can select the "Express Service" on the repair form. Then we will start working on the day of delivery.

Important information:
Please send your defective appliance to us by parcel service of your choice, with a description of the fault and stating your contact person and telephone number.
Please note that processing fees may apply even if repairs are not possible.

Repair is as simple as this:
- Fill in the repair form
- Securely pack the package with the defective part and enclose the repair form
- Send the package and get it back repaired
