How does the repair work?

Fill out our repair form online, print it out and put it in a package with the defective electronic part. Please send this to Ilgenfritz Mechatronics, Marktplatz 4, 97234 Fuchsstadt. If you have not objected to the status mails on the form, you will receive a mail when we have received your electronics. Furthermore, we will inform you when the electronics are repaired and returned.

If you have not found the defective electronics in our online shop, please send us a repair request by e-mail in advance. Describe the problem and send us the part number or pictures of the defective part for a better prognosis. We look forward to receiving your message.
